Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please submit your request through our Return Center. Once your request is approved, we’ll send you return instructions and the return address.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Certain items cannot be returned:

• Damaged by misuse

• Items returned without prior request

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, the order may already be processed and shipped.
